The location shown for my IP is Haskins, Ohio. That location is approximately 380 miles from where I reside. The ISP, browser, and software IDs are all correct however.

The Gadget doesn't do anything with your clipboard at all? Are you sure that is't the gadget that tries to access your clipboard and not the site it's displayed on??

The widget tries to access my clipboard which makes me very apprehensive to use.

I've planned to add it, or make a new gadget like that in the future. But you can do it on the main site for now on this page: :) http://www.spyber.com/ip-lookup.php Also planned a few more features/updates to this gadget so you can customize the look/layout and what info it should display much more than you can now.

I would love to see you make this gadget not only tell me info about my ip but I would also like to be able to insert others ip right in this tool.

Updated the gadget quite a lot now. Made it more re-sizing friendly and added ISP info, state/region and city IP address location w/link to the main site that now includes a google map as well. Also working on a new version now, with even more/better presented info. Hope you like it. :)
