Description: Annual herbs. Leaves broadly ovate, 3 - 5 lobed, petiolate; laminae 3 - 15 X 2.5 - 15 cm, acute or acuminate at the apex, rounded or cordate at the base, margins irregularly serrate, hispidulous on both surfaces, glandular beneath. Achenes narrowly ovoid or elliptic, 1.3 - 1.5 mm long, 3 - 4 mm broad, greyish black, smooth, tapering to a fine point at the apex.
