Panicum dichotomiflorum (Fall Panicgrass) is a species of annual herb in the family true grasses. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Pantanal, Mato Grosso, Santa Catarina, SãO Paulo, Mato Grosso Do Sul, Rio Grande Do Sul, Rio Grande Do Norte, Tocantins, Paraná, Distrito Federal, Roraima, Pernambuco, Amapá, Ceará, Caatinga, Pará, The Contiguous United States, GoiáS, Pampa, Bahia, Amazônia, Puerto Rico, Piauí, Maranhao, Alagoas, ParaíBa, Cerrado, Rio De Janeiro, Minas Gerais, and Mata Atlântica. They have simple, broad leaves and green flowers. Individuals can grow to 1.2 m.
