American Purple Top Rutabaga is an old-time variety that remains popular for the flavor it adds to winter meals.

This veggie's roots are purple-shouldered with a firm, yellow flesh.

These cool-weather root vegetables can be stored for several months and are best eaten when no larger than four inches across.

Their small size makes them easy to prepare and cook, ensuring you get the most out of every serving. Rutabaga seeds offer a unique flavor profile and distinctive nutrition benefits, with a rich source of vitamins and minerals.

Suggestions Chevron Down Chevron Forward

Rutabaga greens are tasty if picked when small and tender. Pull roots when they are 4"-6" across. Light frost improves flavor, but if roots are left in the ground over winter, mulch heavily.
