Herbacious perennial.
A common Euphorbia, grows through a network of underground roots to create a drift. Limy green leaves in spring. Can be invasive, grows in dark dry shade and is useful. Looks best in a compact block. Pull out when spreads as gets annoying.

Foliage: Leathery, shiny, dark green basal rosettes
Flowers: Terminal cymes, mid spring to early summer. Remove once flowered to encourage fresh basal growth.
