It's primary day in Wisconsin, and the Republican race is a bit heated.

GOP front-runner Donald Trump has stumbled in the Badger State, bumbling through a radio interview with one of the state's biggest conservative pundits (who backs Ted Cruz); criticizing the home state conservative hero; and finding his usual outspoken schtick unwelcome in a state known for its politeness.

But Sarah Palin is still out there stumping for Trump even as projections continue to heavily favor Cruz.

We say "out there" because in a post to Facebook, Palin called on Wisconsin for votes via a photo of what looks to be a successfully hunted a boar.

Palin rehashed many of the same talking points she's already used this cycle -- a word cloud using "jobs," "security" and "Reagan." She also promotes an appearance at the gun rage Zingers and Flingers

But what's not explained is: Why a dead boar?

Hunting feral pigs is legal in Wisconsin, as long as it's not a captive hunt, as the animal has been deemed to "pose significant threats to both the environment and to agricultural operations."

There's no word on if the photo comes from a Wisconsin hunt, if it's part of her new television gig, or if it's a threat in Palin's new beef with rapper Azealia Banks.

Mashable has reached out to Sarah Palin for more information as to where the feral pig was killed.
