I bought this product about five years ago and never got it to work. About once a year I pull it out of the drawer and give it a shot. The documentation/instructions are useless. It shows screens and links that, with all the time I've spent on this device, I've never seen and can't get to.
My credentials - I've been on the internet since 1995 and have been using a smartphone for ten years plus. My current phone is about a year old. I kind of know what I'm doing when it comes to a well-designed product/device.
I think the documentation on this product was written by an intern.
If you buy this I expect a 50% usability.
