My 2013 VW TDI Passat was going into "Limp Mode" on nearly every drive. Very frustrating! I found this product and ran one can through the diesel particulate filter (DPF). It had the desired effect, but issues resurfaced. I put another can through and it is even better. Time will tell the ultimate effect. The label says that if you filter is significantly clogged, it may take several treatments to clear the symptoms.

The DPF replacement part is over $800 for the part alone. A dealer would likely charge several thousand $$$ to replace it. Definitely worth a few cans of DPF Cleaner to address it first. Give it a try!
