We cater to families and absolutely love having kids on board! The young ones are like sponges that soak up every piece of information given to them. This often produces a patient and skilled angler that is easily coached. This is why some of the biggest fish that are landed with Captain Black are landed by kids. We will take the time to make your trip with your family one of those lifetime memories you will talk about for years to come.
At Captain Blacks we take pride in keeping a clean boat. You and your families comfort and safety is our number one goal. Our vessels are sanitized with Lysol products and bleach after every trip and our customers often comment on how great the Lady Black looks and smells.

Wind direction, seas, barometer, tides, water quality and many other readings factor into our decision of where to fish and what to fish for. Captain Black is a lifelong native of the area and has fished for 47 years gaining knowledge and experience fishing the waters in and around the Panama City Beach area. He is both proficient at the inshore bay, and the open gulf waters and is constantly searching for new techniques and rigging that improves the total fishing experience. On a side note Captain Black was Licensed as a Nurse/EMT that further adds to his ability to serve our customers in the case of an illness
