    This is a very popular cultivated variety with large sprays of pure white, double or semi-double flowers. These are excellent for cutting (both fresh and dried) - by stopping the shoots, a succession of flowers can be had from June to October. Easy to grow and tolerant of just about any type of soil. 2½ft (75cm)

    Germination Instructions

    Sow indoors. Surface sow onto moist well-drained seed compost. Do not cover seeds as light aids germination. Propagate or place somewhere warm 18-22°C. Water from the base of tray only. Keep moist but not wet. Germination takes 7-14 days.  When seedlings have 2 true leaves prick out to 8cm pots and grow on. Acclimatise and plant out once danger of frost has passed with 100cm spacing.

    Growing Instructions

    Prefers a more moist soil than other Achilleas in partial shade. Requires little attention.

    Cultivation Instructions

    Deadhead spent blooms to extend the flowering window. Divide large clumps in spring. To harvest flowers for the vase or drying cut when fully open. Hang upside down in a warm place to dry.
