Festuca Rubra Rubra (Strong Creeping Red Fescue)

A specie owing a strong rooting system and easy conformity. Fast germination and the green color stands out the through all the year.

Fast development in early Spring. Less cutting due to slow development. High resistance to diseaes.

It ıis more tolerant against the other festuca rubra.
High wear, shade and pressing tolerance.
Festuca rubra rubra can be faster established than festuca rubra trichophylla and festuca rubra commutata.
Could be sown as a single component or can be mixed with other festuca species in order to improve and to consolidate green fields.
