Extremely poor communication if any at all. PLANT WAS SENT LATER THAN ADVERTISED. Item described as a tree, is actually a 5ft air-layered twig with 6 side shoote only. The trunk averages a pencil. 100% WOULD NOT USE THIS SELLER AGAIN
