How is possible that the buyer criticises about germination rate if he/she ordered the item less that 48h ago? I guess he didn't even received it. It is SCANDALOUS that ebay and his staff allows that. Buyer "vgtodakar" has been BLOCKED and REPORTED to Ebay authorities.
