Sedum sarmentosum is the stringy stonecrop, also called gold moss stonecrop or Boston Sedum, is a perennial herbaceous plant. The plants need least care to grow. It can rapidly spread to cover a large area in full sun to full shade. Very drought tolerant. Very cold hardy, suitable for growing in USDA hardiness zones 4 - 9. Great as ground cover in a rock garden or hanging baskets. It can also be used as effective erosion control or as a lawn replacement. Very easy to propagate. You are purchasing one Sedum sarmentosum plant (4" container-sized plant) or 15 cuttings (5" long each, available July to October).

We ship with no or little soil and no pot when your local temperature and ours are between 28 and 95°F every day except Sundays or holidays. Most orders are shipped on the same day if received by 3PM Eastern Time. They should arrive in 1 to 3 days after being shipped. Please feel free to leave me a note if you want your order to be shipped at a later date. The plants will be wrapped with moist paper towels surrounded by cold/heat protective layers without extra charge.
