For the pieces that have CZs, when the CZs get debris on it from sweat and lotion they can lose its shine. To fix this, simply clean the pieces with warm, soapy water. They'll look brand new again! If customers do leave the pieces out in the open and if it happens to oxidize (happens to all metals when it reacts with oxygen in the air), a silver polishing cloth will clean it right up.
