DELIVERY DATES

The "Estimated Delivery Date" ETSY provides to you is just that, an 'estimate' or their best guess, which does not take into consideration Carrier volume, delays caused by weather, employee shortages, lack of delivery drivers or any other circumstances or Regional delays beyond my (and your) control.

The "Estimated Delivery Date" is not a 'guaranteed delivery date' as neither FedEx or USPS guarantee any service other than Express Service.
If you did not upgrade shipping to Express, please be patient as your package makes its way to you. Packages are arriving way after ETSY "promised delivery date" which is not based on USPS/FedEx estimate, but ETSY's calculation, which is (sadly) grossly inaccurate.
By placing an order with me you accept these conditions, there are NO GUARANTEED Delivery Dates unless you upgrade Shipping to Express.
My Return Policy applies just the same, there are no refunds if the cups for your party arrived after the party. Plan accordingly, and there are options to upgrade shipping to Express so your order arrives to you within 72 hours.


SHIPPING and HANDLING

SHIPPING is the actual cost of postage charged by USPS / FedEx
HANDLING includes ETSY fees (yes, ETSY charges Customers a fee on the entire transaction, including Shipping and Sales Tax) AND also charges a Convenience Fee for 'external ads' (that Sellers have no say in, but the cost is added by ETSY to each transaction); Total Handling Fees go directly to ETSY, and are applied on the entire cost of the transaction

The Mountain is considered "Rural Area" and there is no Mail Service on weekends.

If you do not want to pay for Shipping, you can always come and pick your order from my brick and mortar Gift Shop in Big Bear California… 2500 sq ft of everything you need for your next party!!

our Online Business Hours are Monday-Friday 9:00AM to 5:00PM
our Retail Gift Shop Business Hours are 10:00AM to 4:00PM
We reply to online messages before/after our retail shop business hours.

Please do not bombard us with back to back messages and expect instant messaging, not even ETSY replies to messages that quickly.
Keep Business Hours and Time Zone differences in mind, and please allow up to 24 hours for us to reply to any message you send.


GIFT SHOP

Besides my ETSY Shop, we also sell from our Website and Wholesale businesses, and a brick and mortar retail Gift Shop, as a result, you may receive merchandise that has a price sticker from our other ventures, as we keep inventory/stock that sells online in our warehouse and retail shop.

Please review your Shopping Cart very carefully, as many times as needed, there is no rush in placing your order. You can place items in your shopping cart, click through the various check out windows, and even BEFORE you pay, you can change your mind and exit the transaction.
ETSY has enough safeguards that one cannot order by accident.
If you want to cancel AFTER placing your order, since I do not accept cancellations, you will need to request a cancellation to ETSY via transactions [!at] ETSY.com.

Be it one minute or one day after placing order, you must follow this process.

Before placing your order, ETSY shows you that this shop has a NO CANCELLATION Policy, and this IS THE ONE AND ONLY WAY TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER WITH US. Please do not get furious if your order shipped and ETSY did not cancel the order, or you did not do your part to cancel the order properly.

We receive 100s of orders daily. Packing Lists are printed throughout the day, as orders are received, and taken to the Warehouse for fulfillment.
By the time you receive your Shipping Confirmation, your order has ALREADY been packed and it is on its way to the Post Office. You will see an updated tracking within 48 of USPS scanning your package. For this reason, the only way to cancel an order is via the method explained above.

Personalized and/or custom made items cannot be cancelled, not even through ETSY. Please note that your order will ship if you have not contacted ETSY via email to request a cancellation, ETSY confirms cancellation and cancels the order. Once order ships, it is considered fulfilled.
