Description

This perennial herb tastes like strong celery and is nice for soups and stews. In the spring of the year, it’s a large, neat mound of foliage 2-3′ tall and wide. In June, it sends flowering stalks 6-8′ skyward, much to the delight of local pollinators. Self-sown seedlings may appear. Full to part sun, medium to medium-low moisture.
