Ladybells are fragrant charmers with racemes of dainty light blue to lilac bell-shaped flowers.

These plants occur naturally in forests and moist meadows and are easy to grow in average to alkaline, humus-rich, moist soil in sun or light shade. Make sure you are happy with placement before planting as this plant seriously resents transplanting. They will spread slowly by runners.

Fragrant flowers held on tall stems are useful for indoor arrangements.
