Cake I made for my Dad's 77th Birthday. Base cake covered with fondant and brushed with luster dust. Fish is sculpted cake, covered with fondant; scales were made by depressing with popsicle stick tip prior to covering the fish. Fins, face and whiskers made from gum paste.
