Purslane Speedwell

Erect stem hairless or with hairs and glands. Leaves slightly succulent, linear to spoon-shaped, 3 times longer than wide, entire or finely toothed. Flower spike at stem top, single; small white flowers on very short stalk in axil of small bracts. Grows in moist places. Subsp. xalapensis stems are covered with small, glistening, stemmed glands.
