My three year old daughter just started her first year of preschool. This playset from Lego helped her transition successfully into her new life as a student. My entire family loves the Lego brand. There is something for everyone. I trust duplo bricks to be fun, and safe, for my youngest children. This Life at the Day Care Center set is perfect for ages two and up. It contains 67 pieces that realistically simulate life in a daycare, and/or preschool, perfectly. It contains the characters, art station, hand washing station, kid sized toilet, toys, cubby, etc. It features everything the real thing offers, yet leaves plenty of room for young minds to imagine. It teaches fitting pieces together, arranging, imaginative skills, and routine. This is a high quality set, offered at a reasonable price. My little girl spends hours every single day playing with this toy, as she has for weeks. This set has not gotten old for her. She is diligent about keeping all of the pieces together in the plastic bin we store it in. We are happy with this duplo playset, and recommend it to other parents, teachers, and caregivers. I can attest to this set getting lots of use daily. Would also make a great gift item.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion. ] What a wonderful Duplo set! The box is colorful and exciting and straight away grabbed my two year olds attention. Inside the box there are various packets with the Duplo blocks and also two sets of instruction booklets, which helps you build the two different building structures. The instructions are simple and instructional enough that my two year old was able to follow along with my support (e. d finding the correct block and attempting to find its correct placement). My two year old was so excited to build the buildings and loved the addition of the toilet. We are actually in middle of toilet training both at home and at daycare so this has been a helpful transition piece for us. This Duplo set was very detailed, with art pieces, sunscreen posters and a hand washing sign which is great! It was also very inclusive with the addition of a child in a wheelchair and Duplo characters with various skin colours, which was a great topic of conversation. All in all, a great set !
