Scabs/blisters on scalp?

Anyone ever seen something similar? Cradle cap? Eczema? Scabs from scratching his head (his hands are ALWAYS up on top of his head)? I’m worried about herpes. My husband and I have never had any cold sores and no one I know that has held him had any active ones…but people do kiss the top of his head occasionally even though I ask them not to. He had what I thought was cradle cap since birth on the top of his head but this is more towards the back side of his head and are raised.
