Best place to keep propagations

OMGGG FIRST ROOTS!! Guys this is my first time propagating anything (I may have gone over board and propagated like 10 plants haha) but I just discovered this plant has crazy roots!! When I was given these cuttings I was given 2 and they both died within a day 😭 so I trashed one and kept one!!!! And somehow this is the first out of all of my propagations to root!! I’ll attach a pic of it in the glass (can’t tell), and it out of the glass ! I randomly pulled it out today and I’m so excited!

Hello, im new to taking care of plants in general and recieved this coleus almost 4 days ago. I've realized its been getting these spots that seem dried up. What could be the reason and what can i do?!
