I think we've got a case of Tomato Mosaic Virus, but wanted to verify before digging out the plant. Leaves are mottled light and dark green (healthy leaves on the plant are same color as the dark green here). This is affecting ~4 leaves on a 1-month old tomato plant planted in an outdoor raised garden. Any help is appreciated.

I've used a mix of Soil+Cow manure+PROM (Phosphate Rich Organic manure) in ratio of 12:6:3 to grow tomato in grow bag. What might be the problem? I feel I've added more PROM to the soil mix. What happens if I excess amount of PROM to crop? What is the recommended dosage of PROM to add per Tomato plant. Please advise and help.
