Scalp scab?

Has this happened to anyone else's baby's scalp? I noticed iton the 4th and went to doctors the next day and they said it could be due to the heat but it's gotten worse

    Weird maybe a bug bite? Not sure how the heat would do that.

    Is it oozing or pussing in any way? It kinda looks like a pimple so maybe an infected hair follicle or something?

    It was like yellowish and now it's stabbed but next to the scab it looks like another one is starting again :( back to the gp tomorrow, if they still see nothing wrong then maybe will suss out a dermatologist
