Episcia lilacina leaves are deep green above with paler veins paler, and purplish below. In the wild, the flowers are lavender or white, but hybrids with different colors are available.

Fruiting Habits:
The Flame Violet bears crimson flowers all year around.

Culture:
Do not use cold water for watering.

Propagation:
Stolons are cut when they are 2-3 inches long (5-7 cm). They can root in water, or under mist.
