My cheque was absolutely perfect on arrival - apart from the fact that it had been snapped in transit despite the fragile stickers and copious packaging. I contacted them immediately and 2 days later received a brand new unbroken cheque. There was no problem at all in the situation in fact they were so nice about it, I felt bad!!!! What a fantastic service! I ordered a big cheque for our fundraising team.at around 8.30pm on Monday night. I sent our company logo so it could be personalised but the resolution was too low, by the time I checked my emails (about an hour) they had found a similar font, made up a new logo that had better resolution and emailed me 3 times. By the next morning , it was made and sent and arrived on Wednesday! Brilliant company. 5 stars
