My baby has a red rash all over his face and yellow scabs across his eyebrows and ears , he doesn’t have a temp and is eating an generally well in himself but I’m worried about his poor face if anyone can help

You have an absolutely beautiful baby boy :)
The crusty areas he has over his eyebrows are more than likely very normal cradle cap, it can very commonly be found on the eyebrows too.

Its good news his rash is not bothering him, and he is feeding as normal. This is a really good sign that he is not being affected by it, nor is he suffering.
Rashes can come and go in LO's, and sometimes the causes of them aren't found. The NHS does offer clear guidance on rashes and what to do, which maybe useful to you. This information can be found here:

If the rash does not clear up, or perhaps gets worse I think it would be a good idea to have a face to face review to be sure no further care is needed to help clear it up.
You could have a chat with your Pharmacist in your local Chemist, your GP or HV to have their opinion and advice.
